 Internet Confirmation Codes
When each purchaser is entered into BoxOffice they are assigned a unique confirmation code.
Beyond allowing you to locate orders quickly, this code makes it possible for your clients to view their own
details online. How?
BoxOffice includes a small web server that lets your clients connect via the Internet and check on their
purchases, payment history, outstanding balance, etc. Allowing each purchaser to verify their own information
helps eliminate many potential errors.
This small application can be connected directly to the BoxOffice database so the
information is up-to-the-second accurate. Below is a sample of a ticket confirmation page from
the BoxOffice server. You can add your own design around the basic page to integrate this seamlessly
into your web site.
